Question : What separates the "Nocebo" effect from the "Placebo"? From what I've learned about the Placebo effect in school and other videos and what you've said here about the nocebo effect, they seem to be the same thing so I'm wondering whether or not it's case of : 1) There is a difference, but this video was only about one of them so said difference didn't come up. Or 2) There isn't a difference but "Placebo" is a more popular name (Cause it does roll off the tongue better. Or, 3) The difference in naming was done intentionally by you guys for a social experiment or something. I just wanna know if it was one of these things or something else, because I'm so used to hearing "Placebo" and have only just heard of "Nocebo".

Nevermind. Placebo is when your brain convinces you to feel better, whereas nocebo is when your brain convinces you to feel worse. So with fake medicine the placebo is "hey, this medicine helps me!" and the nocebo is "but this medicine is giving me negative side effects!"
