And yet Boeing only cuts back production from 52 to 42 per month. While software fixes may only be part of a solution. Some mechanical option should be permitted to completely unplug servomechanisms from taking orders only from a misinformed computer. The faulty sensor and anti-stall nose down problem may require a refit not configurable to the jet as-is. They should shut the whole damn line down. Probably they have estimated what's needed and deemed complete shut-down unnecessary. Yet it is more likely fiscal concerns keep it going despite flaws. It looks bad, and they're hoping with a sop of curtailment, it wont look AS bad them going forward.

It's hard to believe any news. Flew into and out of Canada and run daily max9 flights. Our aircraft checked out in it's 2 day down time and our crews were trained properly. Not to mention anyone can look at any online flight radar and see all the private airlines and multiple SouthWest and American airlines. I don't seem to notice any ban they speak of.

The whole 737 Max situation comes down to the fact that the only used one angle of attack indicator did not use two of them and to see if there was a disparity between the two angle attack indicator so if one is faulty the plane goes down this is Criminal this is Criminal design and that the most basic aeronautical engineer should have said we got to use both of them as a check against themselves.

just happened to watch 2 videos, one was an interview few hours ago between media and a chinese-chinese person (Mr. Shi 石 ) who worked in prc for Moog, a US supplier of parts to Boeing. The interview claimed as "facts" that there were sub-standard, un-approved parts used in some of the 500 flying planes. the 2nd vidoes was that person disclosing the communication he had with US FAA months ago. but sure these are related to accidents.

This planet runs on cash not brain cells...Until we flip it, we are screwed. If you want the real explanation of why this happened, believe one person...A pilot of a 737-8 max that has a few hundred hours logged, hoping that he/she has not been paid off, extorted, or bullied (by employer or otherwise)....It's unfortunate that Boeing, U.S government and media will attempt to flip this or blame outside manufacturers..This is a 500 billion dollar company that would cripple the U.S economy if it failed. Much respect for the lives lost, and all family and friends effected.

During months of February - March 2019 , aviation sector , both military and civil , have witnessed mishaps in the air. Military jets have met with accidents and so is the case with drones. Aviation industry through Boeing 737 aircrafts has been in the news for worrisome concerns. Two major mishaps in the air have killed some hundreds. The latest such mishap in the air involving Boeing 737 plane happened on 10 March 2019 when an Ethiopian Airlines flight crashed killing all 157 persons on board. These circumstances followed a rethinking in the aviation sector. Several countries across the world are reported to have grounded more Boeings. In this context , it may be apt to refer readers to this Vedic astrology writer’s predictive alerts for more care and appropriate strategy brought to public domain quite often since last year October 2018 , through social media plus submission of comments to a number of newspapers across the world. In order that readers refresh their memory , the same is being reproduced here :- “The following alert for more care and appropriate strategy in relation to aviation industry was made by this Vedic astrology writer over three months past in October 2018 :- ‘Astrologically speaking , aviation industry , world-wide and in India as well , could have focus for doing much to correct the systems or to innovate with strategies . Such aspects as skilled work-force or improved technology or know-how could also be in focus. Major air accidents at vulnerable locations due to some mechanical defect or oversight - negligence cannot be ruled out. This scenario can come up during coming last two months of present year 2018 and during new year 2019 , more so during February - March. So need is to be alert for more care and appropriate strategy’. Note : Dates 13 to 15 February , 21 to 23 February and 2 to 4 March in 2019 , 11-12 March or a day prior and after to these dates looks to be calling particular care”. Similar alerts were indicated in this writer’s article “ World Predictions 2019” underlining need of more care and appropriate strategy in relation to flying in the air were brought to the public domain in November -December 2018. Some of the countries like China , India , France , UK , US which have reportedly grounded the Boeing 737 were indicated in the aforesaid article for more such care and appropriate strategy. The events which have unfolded on the ground during the period covered by the alert suggest that the alert was precise and meaningful.

Basic Flying Rules: 1. Try to stay in the middle of the air. 2. Do not go near the edges of it. 3. The edges of the air can be recognized by the appearance of ground, buildings, sea, trees and interstellar space. It is much more difficult to fly there...
