Jeff, again, love your channel, fitness Guru; BUT... you don't have enough LEG material, correct and bad forms, tips, etc etc. The same thing you do with upper body material, do it for the lower half and VERY important part of the body. I am not saying you have no material, I am saying we need MORE, it should be 50-50 for upper/lower body, not 80 upper and 20 lower

If you want to get jacked better start early, like in your 20s, and by your 30s you'll be even more muscular, but to get to that point you have to keep it up with hitting the gym everyday

I am a woman that is a hardgainer. I am making no muscle growth progress though I have bumped up my weights. I eat a lot of protein and cut down on my cardio, which was hiit. What can I do differently to see muscle growth? I have started eating cleaner this past month.

"Strongest" man in the world should be competing their max pull-ups too (measuring body weight ratio too). Otherwise, don't call it "strongest", rather "lifting strongest", huge difference.

I really appreciate this video. I started lifting in February and hadn't done it since the 90s. I just turned 40 and had a goal of putting on muscle. I went with compound exercises and heavy (for me) weight with low reps each set. I wasn't making the gains I wanted and I ended up hurting my shoulder. This video and the one for "skinny guys" was very helpful.

Jeff, couple of questions: - With overhead pressing, I was taught to shrug at the top to engage the traps and maximally rotate the scapulae, purportedly guaranteeing no shoulder impingement, but is that different from what you're saying about not allowing the shoulders/scapulae to relax at the bottom of the pull-up? - How much rest between pull-up sets, and does that depend on the rep scheme? Like, should I treat it the same as any other movement where an RPE 8 or 9 of 5 reps should get 3+ minutes rest, versus 10-12 reps getting 1 minute rest in the hypertrophy range (assuming it's not conditioning work)? Hope that makes sense.

A great video guys. Pull-ups took me from severe daily pain from a whiplash injury that happened 15 years previous to feeling almost pain free and much more stable. They really surprised me: I was able to DL more than twice my bodyweight without specifically training for that. Chin-ups and pull-ups, in my opinion, are one of the mist underrated exercises. I’ve been using the AX training programs
