    If you get desperate...you can use roof jacks..you can screw them to the roof and work on the side walls..just pull out an existing roof screw and use the same hole...then lay a 2x8 across them

    For the structural issue - I bet a 10 or 20 ton bottle jack would have done the trick and got it raise 2 inches instead of 1 inch. Easy to say after the fact of course and with the video of what you did to achieve the results you got. I'm sure it will be fine as is. Great, hard work as always. Keep it up!

    I wonder if that photovoltaic system is going to have enough panels. I looked into a very similar one last year, but it was going to need double the number of panels. Also I heard (in Wisconsin) I couldn't get the tax credit if I added a battery system. They told me to wait until after doing my taxes for the install year. Odd. Love that gubment.

    The way I built my country Victorian house, I didn't think about cleaning the gutters that are 3 stories up. Thank God for man lifts, or cherry pickers. Depends on which side of the tracks you were born as to what you call it. Lol
