    Anybody else find it suspicious that they both had the same video idea, more than a year after the Simpsons episode was released? Kind of like there was a leak from Babish's team to give the idea for the swiss girl to make it? Or maybe Babish got the idea because of the swiss girl? It just doesn't add up that they both got the idea a full year after the Simpsons did this, and did it within days of each other.

    Actually a part from the bacon the second version was more Italian , the sauce should be creamy but lose and not congealed like you made it . Italians always add pasta water that’s how you get that creamy consistency.

    I'm not Italian American, so obviously have no right to speak, but as to the ricotta, what I do is blend it with an immersion blender until it is really smooth before I put it in the lasagna, and that keeps it from going grainy when baked in the lasagna.
